Beginning in January 2021, Bottoms Tree Farm will be open to hosting all types of events to our wonderful customers. Having that special birthday party, class reunion, graduation party, church groups, sports banquets, school field trip, weddings,**and more, let Bottoms Tree Farm provide you with your perfect location.
With seating and tables for up to 200 guest inside the barn, and ample room outside the barn, Bottoms Tree Farm can host just about any size party or event. From the small family and friends birthday parties, to a large sports banquet or reunion, we have you covered. With an open barn, fire pit, large parking area, flat areas for outside games and events, bathrooms located inside the barn, catering area, porch swings and more, we have something for everyone.
FARM EVENT PRICING
Rates to rent the farm for an event varies depending on the size and length of the party. All parties pricing (basic and premium) are for a 4 hour rental of the farm. Additional time maybe added at an additional price.
BASIC RENTAL - Includes table and chairs, up to 200 guest, that must be setup and taken down the day of. All trash must be in bags and left outside the barn door. With the barn being left as it was upon arrival.
PREMIUM RENTAL - Includes table and chairs, up to 200 guest, that will be setup and ready for you upon arrival. Place all trash inside trash cans throughout barn when finished. We will take care of putting the table and chairs away and removing all trash.
50 people or less - Basic - $275.00
100 people or less - Basic - $500.00
Premium - $625.00
150 people or less - Basic - $750.00
Premium - $800.00
200 people or less - Basic - $1,000.00
Premium - $1,200.00
Hayrides - $50 per hour
Catering- priced individually
Additional tables, chairs and party tents- priced individually

FARM EVENT RULES
Bottoms Tree Farm has always been a family friendly environment, fun for all ages. We absolutely do not allow any alcoholic beverages on the farm at anytime.
Upon leaving, all trash both inside and outside must be picked up and put in trash cans.
We do require a $150 refundable deposit, at time of booking, that will cover last minute cancellations and clean up cost in the event the farm is left unclean.
All changes and cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your booking to receive your refundable deposit back.
