FIELD TRIPS:
We are excited to be able to partner with local schools to provide a fun, local, educational experience to students in our community! Our field trips typically last 3-4 hours and include different “stations” where students will learn about growing and harvesting Christmas trees, pumpkins, and other farm vegetables. In addition, students will take a hayride around the farm, get to find their way through the corn maze, and meet all the farm animals. Our standard rates for field trips are $10 per student. We also offer the option to add a pumpkin for each student to take home with them. For more information or for questions on availability, please reach out to Nathan at 706-429-3173. We look forward to hosting your school this Fall!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How does the process work?
Pull in and park. The pumpkins and farm store are located in the barn. After browsing, purchase tickets for admission to the hayride, corn maze, and other fun activities! There is a hayride that will take you to the corn maze. Don’t want to wait on the hayride? No worries, you can walk on over, it’s only about a 250 yard stroll through the Christmas Trees! Get lost in the corn maze, eat some yummy concessions, enjoy the farm, play on the playgrounds, visit with the farm animals and most importantly, have fun!
How long does it take to complete the maze?
It should take 30 minutes-60 minutes depending on if you are a speed walker or a Sunday afternoon stroller. Regardless, we think it’ll be long enough to make memories with those that matter most!
Do we have to pay admission to buy pumpkins?
No! Anyone can come to the farm to purchase pumpkins or check out the farm store, free of admission.
What items are in the farm store?
Tons of goodies! A lot of the same items you will find at Christmas time: farm merchandise and lots of homemade goodies including jams, jellies, candles, and lots more!
What kinds of concessions will there be?
Come hungry! There will be a great selection to choose from: BBQ, hotdogs, Frito Pie, nachos, soft served ice cream, slushies, homemade pies and much more!
